Restorative Training
This training provides depth to leadership skills as it pertains to building more collaborative relationships both within teams, and between staff and the populations they serve. Restorative models focus on taking a more positive/proactive approach and utilizing ‘circle conversations,’ small individual conferences, and mediation-style meetings to strengthen relationships and better accomplish goals from a more unified front. Using the knowledge acquired, leaders will be able to create a collaborative and relationship-centered approach within their organizations, in order to engage the populations that they serve daily, instead of just providing services “to” or “for” them, which creates dependency.
