Cultural Training

Designed to be informative and interactive, our Cultural Trainings consist of dedicated times for professional and personal development through facilitated content and interactive dialogue. These sessions allow for real, honest conversations on race and culture and open discussion about questions participants have always pondered but haven't felt safe or haven't had the platform to ask. Participants can ask questions anonymously, if they prefer to do so, to create and maintain a safe environment. They are excellent opportunities to gain a better understanding of differing perspectives. Frequently requested topics include but are not limited to:

Restorative Training

Our Restorative Trainings provide depth to leadership skills concerning building collaborative relationships both within teams and between staff and the populations you serve. Restorative models focus on taking a positive and proactive approach and utilizing circle conversations, small individual conferences, and mediation-style meetings to strengthen relationships and accomplish goals through building a cohesive and collaborative team. Upon completing these trainings, instead of providing services “to” or “for” the people you serve within your organization, creating dependency, you will develop a collaborative and relationship-centered approach to engage them daily.
